About this template

Write the date and your top priority, then give every hour from 7 AM to 9 PM a job. The color key at the top has four categories: blue for deep focus, green for admin and easy tasks, orange for breaks and red for urgent work. Shading blocks in those colors shows at a glance whether the day is balanced or packed. The distractions log at the bottom is for anything that pulls you off track, so you can deal with it later instead of now. The page is titled ADHD Time Boxer and is designed to make time visible, which many people with ADHD find helpful.

How to use it

  1. Put deep-focus blocks in your best hours, usually before lunch for most people.
  2. Schedule breaks as real blocks; they're part of the plan, not what's left over.
  3. When a distraction appears, write it in the log and go back to the current block.
  4. At day's end, compare the colors you planned with what really happened.

Who it's for

  • ADHD-Friendly: Clear structure helps maintain focus
  • Professionals: Manage meetings & deadlines
  • Students: Track classes, assignments & exams
